Reputation+ ("we", "us", "our") is a product by Adzmode. This policy explains what personal data we collect through reputationplus.in and the associated dashboard, panels, and QR/rating pages ("the Service"), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. We process personal data in line with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") — notice, purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation, accuracy, and reasonable security safeguards — as a Data Fiduciary under that law.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent — given when you sign up, submit a form, or otherwise provide it to us for a stated purpose — for purposes including:
You may withdraw consent for optional processing (such as promotional messages) at any time by contacting us — see Section 9. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, and may affect our ability to provide parts of the Service that depend on that data (e.g. we can't send you a WhatsApp OTP if you ask us not to contact you on WhatsApp at all).
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in to your dashboard — this is essential to the Service and can't be disabled while staying logged in. Separately, Reputation+ may configure third-party analytics or advertising scripts (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to run across the site; if enabled, these third parties may set their own cookies and process technical/usage data under their own privacy policies. We do not control what those third parties do with data collected via their own scripts beyond configuring them for analytics purposes.
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run the Service, specifically with:
These providers act as our data processors and are only permitted to use your data to provide the specific service we've engaged them for.
Our servers and database are hosted in India on Hostinger. Some service providers we use (e.g. Razorpay, Pabbly) may process or store data outside India as part of their own infrastructure. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate standard of protection, consistent with the DPDP Act and any cross-border transfer restrictions the Government of India may notify from time to time.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected — typically for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, or if you ask us to delete it sooner (see Section 7).
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
We'll respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with the timelines set out under the DPDP Act and its rules.
We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing, restricted database access, and encrypted connections — to protect your data, and we'll notify affected users and the relevant authority of any personal data breach as required by applicable law. That said, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Questions, correction/erasure requests, or complaints about how we handle your personal data can be sent to our Grievance Officer:
You can also reach us via our Contact Us page.
The Service is intended for use by businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time, including to reflect further rules notified under the DPDP Act. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
